About
I've always found joy in hands-on creativity, whether crafting costumes for my daughter or building an off-grid cabin in the Pacific Northwest. Recently, I delved into glass art, embracing this new medium while residing in the serene hills east of Perth, drawing inspiration from local nature.
As a newcomer to the world of glass, I've been fortunate to exhibit my work in shows like Castaways (2021 & 2022), Glass in Isolation (2022 & 2023), and the Darlington Arts Festival (2022 & 2023). I'm honoured to have won the Wulff Prize for Glass and Sculpture at the Ellenbrook Art Awards in 2023.
In my glass art, I aim to capture the delicate balance between vulnerability and strength, infusing each piece with a unique story through my hands and dedication. My journey with glass continues to help me discover my artistic voice, fostering humility and gratitude for the opportunity to express myself.
